1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within The Netherlands): 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address details
  • Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact the shipping carrier

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and images

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
